Organic Soy Beans 自制有机豆浆





1. 选用有机黄豆, 将它泡水六小时以让它软化。
2. 把黄豆放进调制机,然后加适量的水。
3. 准备一条过筛布,然后将搅拌好的豆水挤出。
4. 最后把豆水用中火煮沸,可加入香草提味。
5. 记得要边用汤匙搅一搅避免烧焦喔。
6. 最后可随意加糖,或无糖。

益处: 自制豆浆喝得安心,健康,无添加任何
防腐剂,既是养身之道 :)

保存期限: 三至五天,放入雪柜。
