港式鸡蛋仔
第一次学做港式鸡蛋仔,饼皮好酥好脆噢,和大家分享一下做法
材料:A. 鸡蛋三颗100g,幼砂糖80g, -中速打发
B. 清水50g,牛奶水50g(一大匙奶粉)
C. 玉米油35g
D. 低筋面粉160g, 泡打粉4g-混合后过筛
做法:将A用搅拌机打发后逐渐加入B,再把C加入,最后加入D。用保鲜膜保住面糊15分钟
