菜尾
材料:
大菜-洗净切片后将之放入沸水中烫一下,加点油
三层肉-切片用盐腌至少2小时
其它用料: 番茄,辣椒干,蒜头,阿三片
调味:
盐巴少许
胡椒粉少许
咸梅1-2粒和少许汁
生抽适量
爆炒蒜泥,辣椒干,阿三片
再把番茄,三层肉(油炸过),大菜放入翻炒
随后加入调味,➕适量水,给它滚后再转小火滚至少40分钟
Ps:我是滚后转用气压窝5分钟。
