Homemade Pizza

Recipe
---------
a.Pizza Dough
   High protein Flour 280g
   Butter 50g 
   Granulated sugar 1tbsp
   Milk powder 1tbsp
   Salt 1tsp
   * Water 190ml 
    Instant Dry Yeast 1tsp

*Use cold water which is about 5 Degree water when room temperature is over 25 degree

b.Pizza Topping ingredient 
   Minch Chicken
   Sausage
   Sliced mushroom
   Prawn
   Oregano 
   Ketchup
    Black pepper
   Mozeralla Cheese 

Making Pizza Step
--------------------
Pizza dough
Mix all the ingredient in a bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until the dough forms in to a ball shape. Remove from stand mixer and put into a bowl. Cover it with wet towel and let it rest & rise for about 1-1.5Hours (Double size)

Forming pizza 
1. Use scraper to divide dough into     
    2 pieces & shape into balls.
2. Cover with wet towel and place
    It still for 15-20 minutes. 
3. Place cooking paper & roll it into
    a 25cm diameter round plate.
4. Use fork to make holes on the 
    dough.

Pizza Topping
Apply sauce to the dough, add in all ingredient  and Mozeralla cheese on it.

Bake
Preheat oven and bake it for about 10-15min at 180-200 degree.
